Owner is friendly and it was my second time here and the first was in mid September. The food standard surprisingly had dropped as we were then looking forward to bringing our kids there for a nice Thai food dinner but was disappointed after the meal. The price was was not cheap as the portion served was very small. For the same price I think it is better to dine at the Thai Room which is a few more steps further or the Taling Pling at Thong lor soi 34. The only food I would highly recommend is only the papaya salad which was really nicer that what we had so far in Bangkok.

tried this place due to a recommendation from a hotel reception. ordered pad thai, pineapple rice and bamboo shoot salad (something that i don\t usually see). pineapple rice cost almost twice of the pad thai and we expected it to be served in a pineapple. to our disappointment it was not. rice was too wet as well. tasted was ok but it was not up to standard. will be better off trying other nearby food stalls.
