I took my wife and kids to Mellow Emquartier for Mothers Day, as we have gone many times to Mellow on Thong Lor and like their menu. We ordered a range of things - pizzas and pastas for the kids, a crabcake salad for wife and ribs for me. The waitress did warn that the ribs would take 20 minutes, which was fine. But in the end, it was 40, they came 20 minutes after everyone else\s, and everyone was waiting for me to start, much less finish. The ribs were supposed to be medium - and perhaps one of the reasons they took so long, they were well done, not a hint of pink in them. The food was delicious as always, but it was clear the waitress had not been well trained, she was running her feet off, but going back and forth hands empty while used plates stacked up on tables. We will stick with the Thong Lor branch for now.
