It\s a hole-in-the-wall king of place, but the food is to die for. That is, if you enjoy down-to-earth, matter-of-fact, no-frills culinary experience that focuses only on flavours of the dishes served. This place is well-known among the Bangkokians who are enlightened on where to find quality food service at equitable values. I have been going to Por Krua Tuen for about 30 years. Originally, the chef was an older gentleman who retired a few years ago, but he has passed his skills and knowledge to a younger lady who has taken up the torch and is now carrying on the legacy almost as well as the old man. My hope is that this will continue. Note: Opened only for lunch from around 11:00AM until about 2:00-3:00PM. Closed on Saturday.
