住在康莱德，晚餐在行政酒廊挺让人失望的，狭窄的空间，食物摆在一个类似过道的地方，没有什么美感而言，好多油炸的食品特别的腻，后来去了楼下的餐厅，整体还好吧但是整体这次入住让人挺失望的

I was here for a simple \snack\ as I was peckish around 5pm. The waitress recommended the cream of mushroom and it was excellent with attention to detail. Served with finnesse. Mushroom soup had a hint rosemary and truffle extra virgin olive oil. A simple dish but with such sophistication and care. Fresh bread was served too and the mango smoothie was just perfect with not too much sugar. Music is pleasant and hip and the ambience is cosy at off peak hour. I love the simplicity of things and the service is great. Khun Yuth was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely come back again!

They are currently renovating and therefore offering a "set menu" with choices (plenty of choices!) or their a la carte menu instead if the usual buffet spread. We were a group of ten and most of us had the various set "western" menus, we were quite impressed with the quality. We were even more impressed with the service which was faultless!, usually lots of errors in serving a 4 course meal to ten but here there were none. We had especially good value as I was using my Hilton premium member benefit, but even at full price it was very good value! All three soup choices were excellent: seafood bisque, traditional French onion, and mushroom cream with truffle foam.
