Been here a few times staff very friendly a great place to watch people from upstairs the first floor you can look out the window I watch people walking by

I like to visit this place for sheesha and sit out on the balcony watching people walk by because it\s relaxing. Sheesha is 300 baht (about 9 US dollars). The person upstairs isn\t very friendly. When I busted around 4 pm on Saturday there were only 3 other people upstairs and I went to take a seat along the balcony but was told that I couldn\t sit there. Every seat along the balcony was open. I asked again (politely) but was shown another seat away from the balcony edge. Perhaps they do not need customers at this place.
