虽然位置有点偏，但是交通十分的便利，周边的服务设施还是蛮多的，店内氛围恰到好处，实在是太棒了。

One of the best kept dining secrets on Maui is located at the University of Hawaii - Maui College. The chefs and wait staff are all students in Restaurant Management and if our experience is indicative of what the future holds for future Iron Chefs and new and exciting restaurants it is in great hands. All 4 courses, from appetizer, soup/salad, entrée and dessert were well presented, at the right temperature and with the proper amount of time between courses. Our server, Clarice, was attentive, very friendly yet not intrusive. The price was unbelievable for the amount and quality of food. They offer two drink options with your meal of iced tea sweetened with a wonderful Mango puree or water. It is BYOB with no corkage fee. Tea and multiple coffee selections are served with dessert. The restaurant is opened only on Wednesday and Friday during the Culinary School semesters. If you choose to go, you will not be disappointed but it is critical that you make your reservations well in advance as it fills up very quickly. We cannot wait until the Spring when we return to Maui again so that we enjoy the culinary delights of these very talented young adults. It was an incredible experience.
