My husband is from Nicaragua and every time we visit Miami he looks for good Nicaraguan restaurants. This one was recommended by a friend that lives in Miami and it was delicious! One of the best gallo pintos we\ve had. Excellent queso frito and carne asada too. Nothing fancy - just typical, flavorful food at great prices. Also, it\s very clean and the staff is very friendly.

This definitely has to be the best fritanga in the United States. Miami has a great deal of options for Nicaraguan food, but this is hands down the best. We had vigoron, gallo pinto, queso frito, tajada verde, maduro, mondongo, fresco de tamarindo and cacao and everything was extremely fresh and delicious. If you are visiting Miami and like Nicaraguan food, do not miss this fritanga, you will love it!
