For our Valentines day prefix menu, Immediately we found it odd the server recommended the filet mignon (that she pronounced phonetically) be ordered medium well. Since we\re not learning disabled, we requested medium rare. Sure enough, it came out medium well, if not really well. Later, logic led us to the conclusion all the food was pre-cooked and reheated. The third course involving truffle appeared to have lots of truffle, but zero truffle taste, but a more powerful odor and taste of very chlorinated pool water. We chose the wine pairing only to find the first three courses were served with the exact same Prosecco. One of those Prosecco paired courses was wagyu beef. I\m no sommelier but not a great match. It was edible, but nothing great to say about the place. Not exactly what one would call fine dining.
