Atmosphere: outside terrace with too many doves; Cleanliness: quite clean; Service: (most of the times) pleasant and efficient; Food (I always have Capitão Fausto Hamburger) 4 stars presentation, 4 stars tasting and 4 stars cost (average of 15€ per person with beer and coffee). Nice place to go with small kids, even because the doves will keep them entertained.

The burgers are expensive but ok. If you are able to get a table and order. The service on the terrace is awful, the personal is simply not able to run the place. The management should invest in better employees. We tried to eat there today, but were treated very unfriendly and after luckily being able to get a table, we were told to leave again, because there were other guest waiting already. Just to mention that people who came after us had received a table before us. The thing that was bugging me to the fullest was the disrespectful way the waitress was treating us, even ignoring me completely when I directly addressed to her. This is not how you treat your customers. I am always willing to collaborate and excuse organization glitches as long as I am treated as a human being and not like a piece of bread. I will not go there anymore and tell everybody else to not go. Telheiras deserves a better restaurant at that place.

I used to be an Honorato fan. The burgers are good and their lemonade with ginger is really good. But the last couple times I went there, I\ve noticed a decrease on quality, as well on the staff sympathy and helpfulness. That\s a shame, because I really enjoyed going to Honorato.
