The burgers are expensive but ok. If you are able to get a table and order. The service on the terrace is awful, the personal is simply not able to run the place. The management should invest in better employees. We tried to eat there today, but were treated very unfriendly and after luckily being able to get a table, we were told to leave again, because there were other guest waiting already. Just to mention that people who came after us had received a table before us. The thing that was bugging me to the fullest was the disrespectful way the waitress was treating us, even ignoring me completely when I directly addressed to her. This is not how you treat your customers. I am always willing to collaborate and excuse organization glitches as long as I am treated as a human being and not like a piece of bread. I will not go there anymore and tell everybody else to not go. Telheiras deserves a better restaurant at that place.
