We ended up in the one next to the Trocadero tram station randomly with a couple friends. We started off on a bottle of wine suggested by our waiter (to replace the sangria we wanted). The wine was OK but it was probably pushed for sales as he had the couple at the table next to us drink the same one. The menus looked like the best option for quantity so we opted between the clasico one and the esclusivo one. The mushrooms in cream were delicious and filling. The caesar salad both with and without chicken good as well and quite big. We were full after that but managed to taste a bit of our main meals : pasta al forno which consists of five/six different kinds if pasta (parpadella, penne rigate, rigatoni, tortellini, and some I forgot) and pasta napolitana. Our desserts, the chocolate cake and the pana cotta were both really good. We couldn\t manage to eat the luna da ciocolatta hot on the spot but it smelled and looked super nice. And re heated it was OK. Since this is a chain of restaurants, it would definitely be super easy to go back to eat at any of their locations and I\d surely take the occasion.

Starting with the Ups: The quality and freshness of the food was good. The service was nice. The atmosphere is nice and calm. If you need a place with no background music or anything other than restaurant noise in the background, that\s the place for you. And the Downs: First, I believe the servers are told to put you at a table that\s most efficient for the restaurant. So they\ll ask you inside or outside(which is still inside) and then they\ll point out the tables you can sit at. Then they\ll bring water and ask you if you need it. Of course you\ll say yes and of course they\ll charge you for it, but 2.55euros for water. . . for that place? that\s way way too much. It wasn\t even some fancy Evian water :P They\ll also bring the couver which seemed to be some bread and some dip and ask you if you wanted it, which was nice, because we got to say no to another outrageous charge. The table we sat at was kinda small for 4 plates. The pizza platter which was the biggest one was hanging out of the table a bit. English did not seem to be their strong suit. I\d place it at a CEFR rating of around B2. Which is fine for ordering and stuff, but I have no idea if they could explain to my brother how to log in on his own in English if I wasn\t around. The wifi was kinda weird. Instead of you putting the wifi password in and be set, you had to log on, open a browser and type in username and password. Which was just annoying because if you use google on your phone, you will not be prompted to enter the info. You have to find a different browser that allows you to get in. We went up some stairs to get in the restaurant, there did not seem to be access for people with disabilities, although I could be wrong about it, hence why I put "not sure". The "outside" area was closed off completely by glass and a hard rooftop. It doesn\t seem like you\re outside at all.
