Really nice little bar/restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, tasty food and friendly staff. Worth a visit if you are with friendly and want some place to chat (and hear each other) with some chilled music in the background.

Each my stay in Pattaya, I try to open for myself a new place where it is possible to sit, communicate quietly to friends, to listen to good music. This time I opened Wine Bar. The bar is located on the silent small street in the center of the noisy city. In the bar the quiet good music sounds , a situation is weakened and quiet . A remarkable local cuisine (many thanks to the cook) and fine cocktail (many thanks to the bartender - such Mai thai is seldom possible to try). Guests are welcomed by the hostess of an institution, it was very pleasant to communicate to her. In this bar it isn\t necessary to outvoice music at all. And all at quite acceptable prices.
