I have visited this place twice in order to celebrate birthday of my friend who prefers jain type of food. This has been a good restaurant for us to meet his diet restrictions. Must visit once.

Booked the same day (lunchtime) for a 7:30 table and got in which was lucky as this is a busy place. Staff were attentive and good, and checked that we wanted \hot\ as our desired strength of chilli. Lamb chop starter was nice and came quickly, the mains were a bit slower to arrive (noticeably so as we were hungry). Staff should have really advised us that the Paneer and the Chicken Tikka dishes we ordered were very similar in sauce and veg contents, but the tastes were nice - not the best Indian food ever, but certainly enjoyable enough. Keema and garlic naans were good too. I did notice another table was given two plates of rice for two people and they raised an eyebrow, the person taking the order should really have advised them that one would be fine as this sort of thing is unnecessary and wasteful, and the money made by selling an extra rice is minimal, yet it leaves a bad impression. Summary : - Staff: attentive and friendly servers but should advise on the menu better. - Food: above average and tasty. We would go here again.
