Great views This restaurant has a great view overlooking the river and the hills, as the name suggests. The restaurant has two rows of low tables with plenty of cushions and pillows. It looks a bit scruffy but it was very comfortable. The food is very reasonably priced with many dishes being around the 20000-25000 kip mark. We had a beef dish for 25000 kip. We hadn’t had that dish before and it was quite nice but not amazing. We spent a relaxing time here admiring the view.
