So very beautiful. Built by 16 Convicts in the 1800\s. A gorgeous historical building. Meals devine, staff efficient but not intrusive. Felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all for a lovely evening. We would recommend the small, quiet dining room as pictured.

Our Road Scholar group recently had lunch at Scarlett. Of all the restaurants we experienced during this month-long tour of Australia, Scarlett, stands out. The food was excellent, tasty, and in appropriate portions -- soup, main dish, and dessert. When one is eating 3 meals a day and sitting most of the time in between, it is frustrating to be served a lot of food at one meal. I mentioned this to the hostess and she said that the chef was mindful of such things. I am still appreciative!
