Food here is outstanding, no matter which of the venues you go to you are guaranteed a good standard. Known mostly for dumplings but any dish off the menu is great be it noodles, wonton or chicken. Decor is always tasteful but simple. Food is always lightning fast, perhaps too fast to be honest, if you order several dishes (which I\m sure you will) you go from nothing to juggling around to make space on table in no time. I digress The food! Well I unfortunately mostly order the same dishes as they are just too good or to.. Spicy shrimp and pork wonton is beautiful, served in a bowl covered in a spicy sauce which is just divine. If you order rice any leftover sauce is nice with rice... Yes how common ... But it is! These wontons are a small pouch of flavour which is perfectly enhanced by the sauce. You can also have these deep fried served with a nice mild dipping sauce mayonnaise Crumbed chicken fillet is thin, light and delicate very mildly spiced. Chicken thigh very thinly cut and flattened crumbed and served in strips Steamed pork dumplings are also a must perfectly steamed parcels filled with pork and a soup. Put the dumpling on your spoon and puncture. Enjoy the soup then savour the dumpling. Food here is nice and subtle in flavour it\s not salty with a distinct taste of added msg which you often have with dumplings from other restaurants (gross generalisation permitting sorry) There\s a few din tai fung around now and your guaranteed to have the same quality in any of them.

We tried Din Tai Fung in this new location. The food as always was fresh and full of flavour which arrived quickly which made our table seem a little small. Pepper steak was a standout and of course the dumplings are fresh and wonderful. Always a great meal.
