Beautiful atmosphere, great selection of food and very accommodating waiters and waitresses briefly sum up our experience at Crossroads Bar\s lavish high tea buffet. We brought a Scoopon for 2 adults and 2 kids which included a cocktail / mocktail or a glass of sparkling wine each. It was OUTSTANDING value for money. One member of the family was vegetarian, so we requested some vegetarian food one week before our booked date ( assuming we would have to pay extra for it. ) We then received an email reply from Saori, the F&B manager at Crossroads, saying they were happy to provide some vegetarian food on a plate FOR FREE. When we arrived at Crossroads, we were immediately seated in a big "horseshoe booth" which was snazzy and modern. The waiter ran us through the menu of the items from the buffet, as well as asking us if we wanted any of the T2 selection of teas. About 2 mins later a full 3 tier high tea stand came out for a vegetarian member with one row of sweets, one of ALL vegetarian food and one of scones. We were so chuffed! The buffet had an outstanding selection of savoury food, as well as desserts and scones. I expected the scones to be very hard, considering it was a buffet and not coming straight out like usual. However, every 5 - 10 minutes, the scones were re-filled to ensure they were light and fluffy. There is nothing better than a good fluffy scone with cream and jam! In terms of the savoury food, one member of our group could not have butter on his bread. We didn\t inform Crossroads about this before hand and when we arrived, this particular member of the group was a little disappointed. However, I signalled for the attentive waiter to come over and see if there was anything he could do. Within 5 minutes, we had a full plate of sandwiches and miniature wraps with not butter. The chocolate fountain was a nice addition to everything, with marshmallows, rock melon and watermelon. A suggestion to Crossroads could be to add strawberries to the chocolate fo
