Been here several times and always good food. Lunch time can be busy so bookings are worthwhile. You can sit outside if you wish. Good lunch specials menu the massuman curry, salt and pepper squid and basil chicken all very good.

Our 1st visit about one month ago was great. The food and service was outstanding. So today being my hubby\s birthday we thought we would come here again for lunch. Service was appalling. After sitting at the table for about 15 minutes I had to go up to the register and request menus. Our entree and main meals arrived at the same time and when I asked where our drinks were the waitress didn\t speak English and just stared blankly at me. Eventually she got the gist of what we were asking for and bought them to us. The food was extremely average compared to our last visit, was very bland and was not at all hot.. When paying the bill the lady at the cash register couldn\t even be bothered to ask how the meal was, smile or even say thank you. There are plenty of great Thai restaurants in the area that I would rather spend my money at.

We dined at the Grand Siam for the second time last night. The first time was over a year ago and the meal was great. However last night was a big disappointment. The satay chicken entrée was the star of the meal, the 6 net wrapped spring rolls were gluggy. Both the main courses that we ordered as well as the rice were not hot. The soft shell crab had an excess of batter on it and being luke warm made it not really appetising. It was served with a little onion and capsicum - no other vegetables. The crying tiger BBQ beef was also not hot, it was quite tough and served on a lettuce leaf. The two serves of rice were barely warm. I doubt if we will be returning any time soon.
