Whenever we eat here the food is always fresh and tasty, and the service is excellent. It\s BYO and conveniently, there is a bottle shop two doors up the road. Make sure you book if you plan on coming here Friday or Saturday and want to sit down to eat before 8.30pm because it is always packed from 7pm on. People do start dining from 6.30pm and even earlier so you shouldn\t have any trouble getting a booking for 8pm or later if you leave the decision to book a little too late in the week. Its also boasts the best glassware, cutlery and crockery of any suburban Thai restaurant I have visited.

This is our favourite local restaurant, both to eat in and for take away. The food is light and fresh and always presented beautifully. The staff are pleasant and efficient, and the food is always served in a reasonable time, even when they are busy. Because the restaurant is small, it always best to book - and do it early, especially for Friday and Saturday nights. A couple of small things - because it is busy they tend to only book in two sittings (I think it is 6pm and 8 pm) which restricts dining to very early or very late, and makes it difficult to fit in dining here between other commitments. This has often forced us into the takeaway option when we would have preferred to stay out. The other thing that could be improved for those who dine here frequently is recognition of regular customers - while the service is always pleasant, we dine here quite a lot and we are never greeted as though we are known or recognised - that would be a plus for locals

Chalios is well regarded by Beecroft locals, and we\ve been a couple of times when the night is organised by someone else. Put simply, I\m not a fan because the restaurant is noisey and the food is expensive. There are better value and quieter Thai restaurants nearby in Pennant Hills, Epping and Mobbs Lane.
