Had fantastic dinner with my son and ordered some quirky things from the menu such as the okra fritter, corn chowder with mussels, Mac and cheese. Desserts were superb. Loved the fun atmosphere, great vibe of this place.

We walked in on a Thursday night - no booking, and were told there were only seats at the bar. We found another seat by the window and sat down. The waitress was slow and rude, typical too cool for school attitude rather than being helpful. I ordered the pork and asked if it needed a salad, to which she replied \yes\. We waited over an hour for our meal, nobody came to let us know how long it would be and avoided eye contact as clearly the kitchen was struggling. This also meant that we sat sans drink wondering why the waitress was throwing shade our way. Finally our meals arrived, no apology, just plonk \here ya go\ - I had the pork salad, which was nice, but drenched in a sweet dressing oh and that salad, not needed - I ended up with that much food it was a waste. When we were done we had to hunt down the waitress again and pay for overpriced food and poor service before legging it out the door. Such a shame, maybe they were having an off night, I won\t be eating here again.
