Le Tran is a great little Vietnamese restaurant. We eat here every few weeks and also get delivery. It\s relatively cheap and the food is good. My favourite meal is the shaking beef.

Very nice bowls of chicken and beef pho, on the coldest night of the year (so far) in Sydney. Very flavoursome !

We love Vietnamese food and we have our favorites but are always keen to try some different restaurants. Le Tran is on a main road next to a roundabout with buses roaring past. We ordered from the specials menu thinking that this would really provide a tasty experience. More expensive than the regular menu choices but hey - if they are specials - they must be good eh? Overall we were very disappointed. Staff were very helpful - however we were there for the food. Entrees were nothing exciting except the prawn and pumpkin combination. The vegetarian spring rolls were deep fried and the wrapper was thin and crispy but the filling was just mush. Main course lamb curry was the highlight even though the lamb was dry and tough and the curry was a light green and very delicate flavor probably more suited to seafood than lamb. The soft shell crab was drowned in a very thick tamarind sauce that totally overpowered the crab. The crispy skin chicken was indeed with crispy skin but the chicken was dry. We came home to watch the semi finals of MKR to see the two young Indonesian girls get a 10/10 for their three course menu. We wish they had been cooking at Le Tran.
