Fushion煮意，这家餐厅的定位是属于港式的茶餐厅，生意特别不错，我们是来喝早茶的，因为正好是周末，没想到八点多过来，竟然还要排队等位，大概等了十来分钟才吃上。

I have eaten here twice lately and really enjoyed it. Packed lively atmosphere, quick service, great food and low prices. The menu is a bit strange and you need to look carefully for the hidden gems like stir fry or Asian soups, but you can have a generous main for $13 or $14 which is great value. There are exotic items if you feel adventurous eg jowls but lots of delicious choices if not so adventurous. Overall a wonderful find and I will go again soon.

The café could be quite crowded so service is found lacking. The menu caters more for Hong Kong style fast food which has been popular among the younger generation like students studying there. The huge range of instant noodle dishes confirms this. The set menu is the one to go and do not expect exceptional taste. This could represent the average Hong Kong fast food restaurant style which may not be as appealing to some.
