It was a very busy Sunday night during Queens Birthday weekend that we stumbled across this pub. Was a bit dark in side and had a real pub feel. The barman was disinterested but handed us a menu and we found a table. You order and pay at the bar, something he omitted to tell us. The waitress made up for the barman\s lack of enthusiasm by her bubbly personality and sincere apology for any delay in service and brought the most fabulous meal to our table which we both thoroughly enjoyed. This was not pub grub this was the next step up, by kitchen staff who clearly know food. We would definitely eat here again.
