so clad I did go in... the service was quick and pleasant.. the food was very flavor some and hot... I had the crispy chicken vermicelli.. the chicken was hot and crsipy and tatsed like bbq with a hint of Vietnamese.... I also order fresh rice paper rolls and they were fresh and tasty.. will definitely be back for more.. 2 thumbs up

Just like being in Vietnam - delicious Pho, yummy spring rolls and all the usual condiments - plus complimentary jasmine tea. Clean decor and friendly and efficient staff.

After renovation (or some serious cleaning and table arrangements?), Pasteur is a much more pleasant place to eat at - cleaner and brighter. The pho is not spectacular but it is one of the better ones near the city. My impression is that the portions here is a bit bigger than those in the Parramatta branch. It is unlikely a large pho here can fill the stomach of a active guy, so either order side dishes or plan accordingly.
