Soda Factory has been one of my regular haunts during my past two years living in Sydney, so it was only right I have my leaving party here! It was a Thursday night, the music was amazing as usual, I don\t know where you guys find the singers and bands from but the always kill it! Also Thursday meant me lined our stomachs nicely with $5 burgers, the food was amazing as usual. We sang, we danced, we laughed, we got drunk and had an amazing time as ever. What I also love are the staff. Especially the guys on the door, Sydney doorman are notoriously unfriendly, not here. Whoever you are they make the effort to chat to you and don\t make you feel like a criminal because you have had a drink, the purpose of a bar right. I also love yeh crowd it draws in, it\s a cool bar but you don\t get the snobby crowd found in a lot of the city\s small bars! I will be back one day Soda Factory, keep up the good work until then!

To start with the security at the front door were inappropriate and rude. We could very clearly here what they were saying about individuals etc. once inside, we quite liked the bar but the service was slow and the tables weren\t cleared for a long period of time. Not a place for work drinks and it\s disappointing because we were looking to spend the next few work outings there coming up.
