Having never been to a meal like this before we had no idea as to what we were going to see or eat .In the first place the place was packed and had Japanese a first good sign. We were show to our table and we joined by four others which in fact made it more fun ,I am sure you can have private tables. The server was very helpful he explained how it works and got us more drinks. then after we had chosen our food we were introduced to the chef. He was funny and artistic and a great chef he wrote messages in rice made volcanoes and throw tools about and joke . The food was fab and the beef was out of this world and very very plentiful. Looking forward to the next time we can go. A well worth visit enjoyed by us all, don\t get a cab home your need to walk the food off

Visited with a large group and were seated across two adjacent tables. The service was generally fine, although one of the waited found our accent a little challenging which did present some issues with ordering. The chefs were good, although not the most communicative - having visited similar establishments previously, would have liked to have more interaction. However, they did make an attempt with some tricks etc. The food was of good quality and was well received by the group. Plenty of it, especially for those who went for the noodle option. We had the lunch menu which was very good value. The same meal in the evening would have been significantly more expensive. Certainly worth a visit, and if on a budget, would recommend the lunch menu.
