Read about Frankie\s tiki room on trip advisor and decided to check it out... As everyone said it is very dark inside, blowfish lights,tiki work and paintings on walls and of course the drinks... We had a couple of the drinks with souvenir mugs... A bit strong but tasted nice. We went during the day... It\s off the strip but easy to get from downtown Fremont street... About $10 in a taxi... Well worth the visit for the mugs alone..

When I travel, I\m not really up for the experience of feeling like a local. I\m more inclined to take a step back and play a more anthropological role. It\s kind of hard not to get sucked into a conversation, while sitting at the bar at Frankie\s. The bartenders are top notch. The company is fantastic. If you don\t know what you want, just trust the bartender.
