This is my 3rd visit to this restaurant after visiting Las Vegas once a year the past three years. Considering I keep returning must tell you that I love eating at this establishment when I want Mexican food. This place is not on the Strip and is closer to the airport but for me is worth the drive. Learning from my last visit, I ordered the two item combo instead of the three because that was just too much food for one. The appetizer tortilla chips that comes with salsa and refried beans can fill you up if you\re not careful. Bottom line, the food is always good, hot and plentiful . And no matter who the servers were, service has always been outstanding. On my next trip to Las Vegas, guess where I\ll be eating Mexican Food!!

I have traveled at regular intervals to the Pacific coast of Mexico for the past 12 years and have come to enjoy the local foods. Jalisco offers some pretty authentic food that is well prepared and tasty. This restaurant at one time was known as SuperMex and my family used to eat there occasionally. The food was good at that time, but it seems better now as Jalisco. I had the Carnitas which were prepared with Chicharrón on top. The Chicharron was a surprise and a welcome addition to the authenticity of the meal. Others in our party had combination plates and were not disappointed in either the quality or the flavors. The wait staff, from the hostess to our table waitress were friendly, attentive to our needs and accommodating. I will definitely return to Jalisco and would recommend it to family and friends.
