I\ve been going to Vegas for 30+ years and have eaten at every "cheap eats" place on the strip. I had eaten at the Pan Asian - Flamingo Food Court several times. The food was always pretty good. On par with other Asian fast food places like Panda Express. Portions were normal. Since I could use my Total Rewards points to pay, it was a great value. However, I was shocked at the portion size when I ate there in March 2016. I ordered the one entree meal with a side and a drink ($12.40). The rice was placed on a small plate. It was what I\d consider a dessert plate, maybe 6 inches square. My "one entree" (orange chicken) was then carefully balanced on top of the rice. This was maybe half the food I remember receiving on previous trips. I have attached a photo of this ridiculously small serving. Notice that the plate is barely bigger than the napkin! Don\t go there. If you want reasonably priced (but not terribly high quality) Asian food, walk a little further north on the strip to Panda Express.
