I went at about noon on a tuesday, there was only a few in there...NO waiting. I saw the add on the window for steam dumpling for 2.99...(regularly 8.99) had to try it...while it might not be the best I have had, but it was good enough, especially for the price. The restaurant was very clean, had a tv, showing a movie at the time. They speak Mandarin or Taiwanese; but the lady speaks english too. usually the quieter place, might be a hit and miss, but this place, i would go back to. This place is on the 2nd floor of the Chinatown plaza, where there are many restaurants on the bottom. I decided to walk upstairs and found this place. I like it
