We were walking through Seattle China Town and my wife had mapped out this place based on researching good, cheap, banh mi sandwiches in Seattle. Well that research was spot on. Great value to quality ratio. There are eight options for the banh mi on the menu, ranging from $3.25 to $3.75. We were there about 10am and they were just starting to get busy. There were 100’s of loafs of bread bagged up “staged” for what would likely be a very busy Friday lunch rush of banh mi orders. Additionally, they have a counter with several types of spring rolls ready for the rush. Freshness is not a problem because of the turnover. Be aware there is no seating. You pay, get your food and head out. We walked a couple blocks to the Chinese park and sat at a table and ate. I would gladly grab a bite here if in the area.
