This place does not look promising... hidden underneath a ledge... very uninviting seating with no backs... kind of looks run down with some Latin American decorations. BUT THE FOOD was divine... We had the posole, the empanadas and the chayote/beet salad. So good. So good in fact that we came back for lunch and had their signature pork panini with plantain chips which was also amazing.

I just have to inform you that Manu\s Bodega has the absolute best Cuban sandwich I have ever tasted. I have traveled to many Cuban communities here in the USA searching for a really good Cuban Sandwich. My search is over. I have finally found it here is Seattle of ll places. I could go on and on about this sandwich, but do your self a favor and go get one. It is beyond description and words just can\t do it justice
