Stopped by on a whim and shared the Cubano sandwich with my husband. The pulled pork was so tender and juicy. The entire sandwich was perfection in a hot bun! I also wound up purchasing Toulouse Sausages and their bacon Mac \n cheese, which we enjoyed tonight at home for dinner. Followed by their Candied Bacon Shortbread cookies. Yeah, they were as good as they sound!!!! The staff was super friendly and explained the differences between all their sausages. We were only in Seattle for a quick visit, but will definitely go back next time we are in town.

This is the second time we\ve visited the Swinery. Friendly service and the sandwiches are delicious. They are spendy, in the $10-15 range but they are tasty if you want to splurge. We had the swinery spectacular which is loaded with pulled pork, ham and crispy pork belly, pulled pork sandwich and the pork belly and pesto sandwich. All are generous with meat and will hit the spot. Yum........
