This place is our "plan B" whenever we decide to go out to eat the last minute and has no reservation anywhere on a popular day of the week. While there often is a line in the restaurant, the tables seem to turn over very fast and we have never had any problem in getting in. But I can see how large groups would have problem w/o a reservation. So onto the food, I have tried just about everything on the menu and I really can\t say anything negative about any of them. They are all quite tasty with fresh ingredients. The only comment I have is that the pho sometimes is luke warm so if you like high temperature, you need to remind the wait staff. The service is also inconsistent. It just seems that they don\t have enough people working. I do very much enjoy the setting. The dining room is airy, bright and simply decorated so it makes it a pleasant place to dine, unlike some of the Vietnamese restaurants in nearby Chinatown.
