My husband and I stayed at the Palladian Hotel and dined in their restaurant for a fabulous and delicious meal. The food was beautifully presented and perfectly and delicately seasoned. We both chose the Halibut that was a Special for the evening and I have never had better. We had the Dungeness Crab cocktail with avocado and thinly sliced cucumber with a compliment of red pickled peppers. Extraordinary. We also had the Parmesan truffle fries which were shoe string fries that were crisp and the Parmesan finely shaved. The meal was exceptionally fine. Compliments to the Chef. And compliments to our sever Heidi who was warm, friendly, experienced and interested in us. She gave us good travel tips. Our first night in Seattle was delightful.
