These are the best biscuits in the city and possibly the world. I love the cheddar baked biscuit, but the sandwiches are incredible too. This is the best place to grab breakfast if you are close to the market.

There is nothing glamorous about the setting - enter the Economy Building, walk past the Sasquatch, up a flight of stairs and you are in an atrium looking at the comings and goings of tourists. But the biscuits! The soft fluffy eggs and bacon! And coffee! Not complicated but really good. Ask for a little honey to finish off the biscuit and your morning will be complete. I\d come back to Seattle just for the biscuits. It\s friendly counter service and seating is limited - mostly stools with one table so a family might have a tougher time coraling the kids. And the biscuits are HUGE! Did I say I like the biscuits?
