It\s a pleasure to talk about this "mom and pop" store. Authentic and unique. The taste of the Roti and soup can not be duplicated. It\s like being in a "Trinidad" family\s house for dinner. Host was kind and courteous and I will make this a stop every time I\m in the DC, Maryland, VA area. Great food and experience.

My friend and love fish and been a Trini I wanted some down home food, a roti. I did my research and found Teddy\s. Teddy\s fulfilled my taste and desire. We got the stew fish dinner with rice and peas lunch dinner with a sea moss drink. The dinner was very good. The server was exceptional from start to beginning. We chose to takeout our roti dinner. That roti reminded me of my Mom\s roti, it tasted good abs you can eat it by itself. I had mine with the goat meat and potatoes. Overall Teddy\s Roti Shop did live up to its name. When in DC please check them out. They are right on the bus line. We took the train to the bus and it was very easy. Kudos Teddy\s Roti Shop for making my day. When next I visit DC, this is one of my stops. Thanks for the memories.
