Delicious salads and mezzes. Basically a Mediteranean Chipotle. We had salad bowls with both falafel and lamb meat balls whereas our friends enjoyed the pita sandwiches. All were fresh and tasty.

Cava is a creative concept with fresh and interesting ingredients. It takes a little while to understand the idea, but once understood, building your own middle eastern falafel or salad is fun and leads to a result that is both interesting and seems healthy. The juices are also excellent.
