For a cafeteria style eatery, this place is top notch. The food is fresh, variety is large, and seating is plenty. This works out perfectly as a one-size fits all cafeteria. Students have room to eat and study, hospital workers have a large selection of grab-and-go food, and everyone can find something they like. Prices aren\t that bad. Soup is not weighed like the rest of the salad bar, so it\s a good deal.

A friend was having cancer treatment at the Hospital nearby and I was directed here for lunch. They have a lot to choose from and I went to the hot bar. The choices are wide and I found that I could have a Caribbean-style meal, complete with sweet plantains. The food was really pretty good. Flavorful for a buffet. But when I paid nearly twenty bucks for food and drink, it seemed kinda expensive. (The food is by the pound…)

Had the lunch buffet, good selection of tasty food. You pay by weight. Had coconut shrimp a beer in the bar, shrimp was quite good and the beer was cold. What more do you hope for with bar food. Had a small pizza for lunch that was pretty good and could have maybe served 3 people. The prices are maybe a little high but they have captive clientele with Georgetown Hospital. Also prices run higher in large cities such as DC than in rural areas, of the selection and quality is a little higher in the city.
