At beginning of main street in Potsdam, next to Brandenburg Gate, start of walking only street. Attractive restaurant with outdoor and indoor seating, outdoor is where you want to be, people watch and fresh air. You can make reservations which we did not know, but only 10 minutes and we had a nice size table. Burgers, fries, salads, everything we ordered was delicious, large portions, filling and served by staff with big smiles on their faces. There are many other places to eat, but we found a real winner. There is a couch area next door to have cocktails while waiting for a table or just sit and drink. Beers were very tasty after a long hot day biking. Reasonable, filling, good food, and great service, all add up to, go there.

I have visited this restaurant twice on my recent visit to Potsdam and They have a great menu of items which can quickly fill a hole and allow you to eat while working. They have eat in and take away option available. Tomato Soup is amazing can\t speech more highly of it and the Burgers are Great. They also have a range of german dishes and I can recommend the curry wurst. As I said it is not overly special but good value and a great place to eat with friendly staff
