As a Potsdam resident I\ve been there several times, mostly in summer. The garden is great and to have a beer with nice Bavarian snacks is highly recommendable. Quite the opposite the duck I had once was not to my taste, not crisp and a bit boring. Overall it is a good place to go to if you like Bavarian food.
