Unhelpful, dismissive and dishonest; this was indeed a terrible last experience of Austria. Staff were most unhelpful and ungracious in charging an additional 80c for a dollop of ketchup without stating earlier this would be additional charge to our meal. It was not requested - we\re were asked \ketchup or mayonnaise\ which implies inclusion in the ordered meal. As we had the exact Euro for our final meal, despite staff acknowledging this was indeed not explained and despite our request to therefore remove the ketchup from our take away meal, they did not defer, insisting we instead pay in Pounds and stating in that it was also their policy to equate 5 Euro to 5 Pounds - which is blatantly dishonest. As we were near to missing our flight we left the matter and paid well over the odds for our tiny portion of unnecessary ketchup. All in all very poor form and a most distressing and disappointing experience in principle all in all. Surely generosity in light of the paucity of amount and the non disclosure would have been the route of choice.
