总体感觉味道很好，服务员也很用心，推荐牛肉泡菜寿喜锅，娃娃菜之类的，有点甜又辣，还算可口，牛肉味道也不错，汤也蛮好喝的。

My family my friend and I have been Osaka on March 23th -28th for my sister\s wedding. But I seperated with my family. I have arrived Osaka Japan on morning of March 23th with my other 3 friends. So Lucky, one of my friend works at Hilton sukhumvit Bangkok therefore we could stay the first night at Hilton Osaka by his arrangement. We arrived at hotel about 10 o\clock in the morning that is too early to check in. The staff did not give us rooms,But we understood because it is hotel regulation. At that time we were so tried from trip,so we would like to take a shower to refresh our body. The front staff was very kind and helpful,She sent us to the 7th floor which are fitness. When we went up to The 7th floor,we met young man who in charge in fitness, He could call our name [Thai name] (that is my impression ) He allowed us to use ALL facilities[that is great] After we took a shower and changed clothes, we walked to the shop to have Breakfast and Lunch. At 14, we came back to Hotel and wait for vecheck in, because of long Flight, we all would like to take a nap,So we tried to ask ,the front desk staff could we have rooms now (that time is 14, Hotel in Japan mostly allow to check in at 15) the staff said ok, even there are so many guests come hotel(my friend said 100% revervation) He gave one room frist and he will bring the key to us at our room at 15. THAT IS AMAZING. I WAS VERy HAPPY AT THAT time .Thank you very much for his kindness. After we had a nap,we went down to Exvlusive Lourge to had some drinks and food. We met the staff who in charge, I was very surprised, he could speak Japanese to other guest fluently even He is not Japaness. ENGLISH is his native. He took care us exellently. Talked with us Made us enjoy. HE REPOSED ALL OUR REQUEST WITH INTENDED MIND. I WAS VERY IMPRESSION EVERYTHING AT HILTON OSAKA ESPECAILY All staff members.
