We just went to a tiny bar, 2 tables and 6 seats at the bar, close to our hotel, in a quiet street, in an outer area of Tokyo, to - what\s the opposite of \celebrate\?- the end of our holiday and when I asked the owner if he had plum wine he gave us the last drop (he no longer enough for a standard measure) in a lovely handcrafted wooden cup. He gave us his last plum wine, and another brand to compare, and another, more matured one, he gave us yuzu liquor and something else to try \for Japanese memory\. All without charge or commercial interest. We left tipsy but also with 3 beautiful face towels AND the wooden cup. So if you\re ever in Tokyo, Shinagawa area, go to \dining Olu\Olu\, not because you get free drinks there, but because the owner is just a nice guy!
