Chef Miyane used to cock for about 6 years in the village Barolo in Piemonte, so his cuisine is Northern Italian. I have been frequenting Ostü for about 12 years now and the quality is consistently on a very high level. The evening menu is less than 7000JPY which is very reasonable for what you get. They source all their ingredients from producers they know. The wine list is not overly long but well selected.
