这家大阪炸串真是长在了我的盲点上，那栋大楼的店我都吃过，就是从来没有注意过它。直到前天搜炸物，发现这家在新宿区排名第二。 古朴干净的日式门脸，分为四五个柜台，一位师傅照顾七八位客人，裹浆，滚面衣，下油锅，有种利落的节奏感。点完酒水，我问师傅有菜单吗。师傅说，没有菜单，做什么吃什么，上到你说停为止，不然就给你一直上到死。（当时我就有点方，太赤鸡了这谁受的住啊。 紧张兮兮的在tabelog翻评论，发现一串是180日元，还挺便宜的，稍微安心了一丢丢。吃到结账，大师傅一把捞起签筒开始认真的数签签，…… 座位费，一杯蔬果，五六种蘸料，柠檬有专用的柠檬夹，用一次给你换一块儿新的，感受到了宾至如归的服务（座位费一人一千日元。串串确实新鲜好吃，有很多创作菜品。大虾紧实弹牙，裹一层清新的紫苏叶，再裹薄薄的面衣，炸得酥脆轻盈，不油腻。整根新鲜的芦笋裹一圈薄如蝉翼的五花肉，浓郁的车打芝士配上鸡肉粒，肥厚的和牛粒，超迷你葱间串也下锅照炸不误。 最后点了一小碗茶泡饭，眯着眼看小伙伴连连点头，越吃越亢奋，露出了老母亲一般的微笑。

Located among the many restaurants on the 3rd floor of the Akihabara UDX restaurant row, you will never just happen upon Shinjuku Tatsukichi. But if you love authentic, fresh tempura with friendly service at a great value then go find it! This was my first time at a restaurant like this, but the experience was fun, easy, and delicious (NayKat\s TripAdvisor review of 4/22/16 explains the protocol well...thanks). Many other tasty looking items are on the menu also. Be sure to save room for the tempura ice cream!
