Excellent food and great service. We had the Sea menu with a great Austrian wine that was not on the list. Loved all of the dishes!

We had dinner at En Pluche with friends, its name indicates very comfortable chairs of \pluch\. We could choose from a Land or a Sea 3 course dinner, without dessert. I like this very much as I am used to skipping dessert. As a starter I had a wonderful calf\s tartare and the others had a ceviche, a Peruvian dish with fish, coriander and lime. The ceviche was great according to those who had this. In fact all dishes were really very good, personally I liked the slowly cooked beef / steak dish best. Also the wines were great, we could choose from many wines by the glass: we choose a pinot grigio, a gruner veltliner and a grenache blanc for those that chose the Sea menu, and I chose a delicious Dornfelder (based on a grape variety that belongs to the Pinot Noir family, a spicy variation). Also the service was excellent and very attentive. Overall a very enjoyable experience and a very good price / quality ratio for Amsterdam.
