Went with my partner on Friday night, it was pretty busy but as it\s a fair sized restaurant, we got a table immediately. The menus were handed out quickly and we were also offered aperitifs fairly quickly, then it went a tad downhill! My partner\s beer was fine, but my red wine tasted a bit odd, almost as if the glass still had soap in it. It wasn\t bad, but I have had better. We did not order starters, just pizza (4 Stagione and Fungi). These came within 20 minutes which was fine. We were offered more drinks although our glasses were still more than half full, but once the glasses were empty nobody offered us any more drinks, not very attentive when it mattered. My partner ordered a dessert, while I had coffee. My coffee came and was finished long before my partner\s ice cream was served! How long does it take to prepare a portion of ice cream?? We tried for around 15 minutes to get someone\s attention as we wished to have the bill. Once the bill came, we waited a full 20 minutes longer for someone else to come and take our money! During that time many staff were congregated around the maître d\s desk, which was only about 3 yards from where we sat. However, not a single member of staff was standing facing the room full of guests; they were all facing each other and the kitchen, so no guest was going to get any attention from them, very unprofessional! In addition, the entrance consists of 2 sets of glass door and we asked once to have the inner doors shut and actually closed them twice ourselves. The smokers outside as well as people leaving and not shutting the doors made it very unpleasant for us. I normally like this restaurant but was extremely disappointed in the level of service last week!

Looked OK from the outside and sat on the terrace. House wine tastes like vinegar, food is far overpriced and the staff is very rude. Definitely need massive training on how to treat customers! Never ever again!
