Great atmosphere, wait staff very accommodating they enough English ordering was easy food was excellent. Will stop bye again before we leave.

Over a long weekend in Rome, my wife and I enjoyed Falcone three times. Partly due to the proximity to our B&B, but also due to the fantastic experience, food, & service. PROS Falcone is NOT a tourist restaurant, rather a place locals go with family and friends for a long, relaxed dinner. The menu is filled with small plates, pastas, and other delights so you can enjoy course after course of delicious food without breaking the bank or feeling over-stuffed. The food is fresh, yet simple. You won\t find any over-worked dishes here, just good fresh ingredients put together with care. The service is friendly, yet not overbearing. If you get one thing, however, you MUST try the tiramisu. It is rich, creamy, and indulgent. Quite possibly the best dessert I have ever had; which is saying quite a lot. CONS The only (and very slight) downside is that since this is very much a local spot, some of the staff are very limited in their English ability; if you have questions about a dish they might be able to answer - or not. My suggestion, just give it a try and don\t worry! OVERVIEW Falcone is a fantastic spot for a relaxed dinner after a good day of exploring Rome. Come in, slow down, and try all the delicious delights on offer.

We ate at Pizzeria Falcone which was a block away from our hotel. An unassuming place but the food was top class. We started with soute of mussels and clams which was very good, followed by the Bucatini all\amatriciana (with Guanciale, of course) which was excellent. We also had the dish (bream) with lemon, along with a side of spinach with lemon. Both of these were also excellent. The host was very friendly and while he had limited facility with english, he was very effective in communicating with us, and was most gracious. We also an excellent bottle of wine. To top it all off, the host then offered us a complimentary serving of grappa and limoncello. We had a wonderful experience, and will go back there if we get back to Rome. A genuinely warm and wonderful experience, with excellent food. Falcone also represents great value!
