Stumbled on this little place having walked to Navigli in the pouring rain. Wish we had have found it first before spending a lot of money on an Aperitivi. Wine is €3 per glass and you can buy a bottle to take away. The owner speaks good English and we had a Moscato white which was lovely. No inside seats but some outside. The rain was stopping but we still sat under the cover.

Cheap, delicious and authentic. We came here several times during our 4 days in Milan. Definitely worth coming by for a few glasses/bottles. Only €4 for a bottle to go!

I\d read about La Vineria in a Milan guidebook and wasn\t sure I\d got its appeal. It sounded interesting - a wine bar so small you have to stand up or stand outside. Worth a visit. But it\s really so much better than that. First, the wine. I stuck to the whites - and both I tasted were superb. Then, the offer: they make their own wine. You\re standing right by it, in vats and they pour it straight to the glass or, you can cross the road and have it from the bottle (they\ve two bars - diagonally across the road from each other and both brilliant). Lastly, the price. One euro or three. That\s it (if you wanting it in a glass). So simple. Highly recommended.
