Heavy rain and I am hungry. Happy to see a Thai restaurant and walk in to enjoy some good Thai food. Unfriendly head waiter or owner takes my order number 92 Gai Pad Tai (not sure on spelling) Noodles with crispy chicken. I get a tasteless fried rice with a chicken schnitzel cut into slices. Nothing on the plate tastes Thai food. Why? They usually say the Germans don\t like spicy. But its not the hot chilly its the art of adding original spices and give the meat and the rice a Thai taste. My God even a Bratwurst is more spicy than the Schnitzel pieces the put on the top of the rice claiming its a Thai Fried Rice. No Thai would eat it I believe. A no go for me.
